Warum hast du dich bewegt? - Ein Fotokunstprojekt zu Zugehörigkeit

Am Anfang stand der Wunsch nach einer Porträtausstellung zum Themenkreis Heimat. Für die angefragte Fotografin Aissa Tripodi stehen in diesem Kontext zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen und Zugehörigkeitsgefühle im Vordergrund. Die Bildreihe «Warum hast du dich bewegt?» will zum Nachdenken anregen. Mit inszenierten Gruppenporträts erfindet Aissa Tripodi Beziehungen, die es so nicht wirklich gibt – oder eben vielleicht doch. Zu sehen sind Partnerschaften, Freundschaften und Familienverbindungen; ob sich die Porträtierten tatsächlich nahestehen, bleibt offen. Die Betrachtenden sind gezwungen, mehr Möglichkeiten von Zugehörigkeit in Betracht zu ziehen, als dies das schnelle Urteil zulässt.
Aissa Tripodi (*1992) ist Fotografin und Künstlerin. Seit rund zehn Jahren arbeitet sie selbstständig. Neben eigenen Projekten ist sie «Head of Bildli» bei der SRF-Late-Night-Show «Deville». Sie studierte am MAZ Luzern und war Finalistin des vfg Nachwuchsförderpreises für Fotografie. Sie lebt und arbeitet vorwiegend in Basel und Zürich.
Au départ, il y avait le souhait d'organiser une exposition de portraits sur le thème de la patrie. Pour Aissa Tripodi, la photographe sollicitée, les relations humaines et les sentiments d'appartenance sont au premier plan dans ce contexte. La série de photos "Pourquoi as-tu bougé ?" veut inciter à la réflexion. Avec des portraits de groupe mis en scène, Aissa Tripodi invente des relations qui n'existent pas vraiment - ou peut-être que si. On y voit des partenariats, des amitiés et des liens familiaux ; la question de savoir si les personnes représentées sont réellement proches reste ouverte. Les observateurs sont contraints de prendre en considération plus de possibilités d'appartenance que ne le permet un jugement rapide.
Aissa Tripodi (*1992) est photographe et artiste. Elle travaille en tant qu'indépendante depuis une dizaine d'années. Outre ses propres projets, elle est "Head of Bildli" pour l'émission de la SRF "Deville". Elle a étudié au MAZ de Lucerne et a été finaliste du prix vfg d'encouragement des jeunes talents de la photographie. Elle vit et travaille principalement à Bâle et à Zurich.
All'inizio c'era il desiderio di una mostra di ritratti sul tema della casa. Per la fotografa richiesta Aissa Tripodi, le relazioni interpersonali e i sentimenti di appartenenza sono in primo piano in questo contesto. La serie di immagini "Perché ti sei mosso?" mira a provocare una riflessione. Con ritratti di gruppo inscenati, Aissa Tripodi inventa relazioni che non esistono realmente - o forse sì. Vengono mostrati partenariati, amicizie e legami familiari; se le persone ritratte siano effettivamente vicine l'una all'altra rimane aperto. Gli spettatori sono costretti a considerare più possibilità di appartenenza di quanto il giudizio rapido permetta.

In the beginning, there was the desire for a portrait exhibition on the subject of home. For the requested photographer Aissa Tripodi, interpersonal relationships and feelings of belonging are in the foreground in this context. The series of images "Why did you move?" aims to provoke reflection. With staged group portraits, Aissa Tripodi invents relationships that don't really exist - or maybe they do. Partnerships, friendships, and family connections are on view; whether the portrayed persons are actually close to each other remains open. The viewer is forced to consider more possibilities of belonging than the quick judgment allows.
