Die Fotografien von Claudio Rasano (*1970) berühren. Schnörkellos und direkt portraitiert er Landschaften wie Menschen: In sich ruhend, verletzlich und unausweichlich. Präzis schält der Baseler Künstler das Wesen heraus, bis auf den Kern, bis zum Grundsätzlichen. Die Ausstellung "Endlichkeit der Tiefe" zeigt analoge Mittelformat-Aufnahmen aus Südafrika, Italien und der Schweiz.
Les photographies de Claudio Rasano (*1970) sont touchantes. Sans fioritures et de manière directe, il dépeint des paysages et des personnes : Tranquilles, vulnérables et inéluctables. L'artiste bâlois en extrait l'essence avec précision, jusqu'au noyau, jusqu'au fondamental. L'exposition "Finitude de la profondeur" présente des photos analogiques moyen format d'Afrique du Sud, d'Italie et de Suisse.

The exhibition "Finitude of Depth" shows analog medium format photographs from South Africa, Italy and Switzerland.
