In der Projektschau TEMPORARY TRUTHS haben Marta Djourina und Sara-Lena Maierhofer die Künstlerin Sophie Thun (Wien) eingeladen, gemeinsam fotografische Arbeiten zu zeigen. Thematisch in unterschiedlichen Bereichen angesiedelt, eint die drei Künstlerinnen der experimentelle Umgang mit fotografischem Material und die Neuinterpretation analoger Techniken. Die gezeigten Arbeiten zeigen die Fotografie als Spur, als Abdruck von temporären Wahrheiten, als Medium der Visualisierung von etwas, das wir sonst nicht sehen.
Dans le cadre du projet TEMPORARY TRUTHS, Marta Djourina et Sara-Lena Maierhofer ont invité l'artiste Sophie Thun (Vienne) à présenter ensemble des œuvres photographiques. Les trois artistes, qui travaillent dans des domaines différents, sont unies par leur approche expérimentale du matériel photographique et la réinterprétation des techniques analogiques. Les œuvres exposées montrent la photographie comme une trace, une empreinte de vérités temporaires, un moyen de visualisation, de quelque chose que nous ne voyons pas.
Nel progetto espositivo TEMPORARY TRUTHS Marta Djourina e Sara-Lena Maierhofer hanno invitato l'artista Sophie Thun (Vienna) a presentare insieme opere fotografiche. Tematicamente collocate in ambiti diversi, le tre artiste sono accomunate dall'approccio sperimentale al materiale fotografico e dalla reinterpretazione delle tecniche analogiche. Le opere in mostra mostrano la fotografia come traccia, come impronta di verità temporanee, come mezzo di visualizzazione, di qualcosa che altrimenti non vediamo.
In the project show TEMPORARY TRUTHS Marta Djourina and Sara-Lena Maierhofer have invited the artist Sophie Thun (Vienna) to show photographic works together. Thematically located in different fields, the three artists are united by their experimental approach to photographic material and the reinterpretation of analog techniques. The works on display show photography as a trace, as an imprint of temporary truths, a medium of visualization, of something we otherwise do not see.
