Anlässlich der elften Ausgabe des Festivals PhotoSaintGermain veranstaltet das Musée d'Histoire de la Médecine die Ausstellung Phénomènes. Das Unerklärliche im Angesicht der Wissenschaft, der erste Teil einer Veranstaltung, die ganz der visuellen Geschichte der Parapsychologie gewidmet ist. Die unbekannten oder sogar unveröffentlichten Bilder, die für diese Gelegenheit zusammengestellt wurden, bieten die Möglichkeit, die Geschichte der Wissenschaft und der Medizin von 1890 bis heute unter dem Blickwinkel der Faszination der Wissenschaftler für das Okkulte neu zu lesen.
Jede der ausgewählten Fotografien hält den seltenen Moment fest, in dem Vertreter der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft während ihrer Experimente mit paranormalen Ereignissen konfrontiert wurden.
Diese Einladung, die Ränder der wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnis in Bildern zu erkunden, bietet den Besuchern einen Rundgang durch sieben Themenbereiche: Telekinese (angebliche Einwirkung des Geistes auf die Materie), Magnetismus, Levitation, Medien, Radiästhesie und die Kunst der Wünschelrutengänger, Aurafotografie und andere menschliche Strahlungen, und nicht zu vergessen die Manifestationen von "Poltergeistern". Mehrere zeitgenössische Werke werden ebenfalls in einen Dialog mit diesem erstaunlichen Archiv treten. Die Ausstellung Phénomènes besteht aus Bildern, seltsamen Objekten und Büchern aus den Sammlungen der BIU Santé Médecine der Université Paris Cité und bietet somit einen unerwarteten Blick auf das Gebiet des Paranormalen.

Das Musée d'Histoire de la Médecine befindet sich in den Räumlichkeiten der ehemaligen medizinischen Fakultät von Paris und zeigt Sammlungen, die zu den ältesten in Europa gehören. Sie wurden von Dekan Lafaye im 18. Jahrhundert zusammengetragen und später durch eine große Sammlung von Stücken ergänzt, die die verschiedenen Zweige der Operationskunst bis zum Ende des 19. Das Musée d'Histoire de la Médecine hat seinen Platz unter den zahlreichen Pariser Museen gefunden und genießt auch international einen guten Ruf.
À l’occasion de la onzième édition du festival PhotoSaintGermain, le Musée d’Histoire de la Médecine accueille l’exposition Phénomènes. L’inexpliqué face à la science, premier volet d’un événement entièrement dédié à l’histoire visuelle de la parapsychologie. Méconnues, voire inédites, les images réunies pour l’occasion proposent de relire l’histoire des sciences et de la médecine de 1890 à nos jours, sous l’angle de la fascination des savants pour l’occulte.
Chacune des photographies sélectionnées immortalise cet instant rare où, durant leurs expériences, des représentants de la communauté scientifique ont été confrontés à des événements paranormaux.
Cette invitation à explorer en images les marges de la connaissance scientifique proposera aux visiteurs un parcours composé de sept sections thématiques : la télékinésie (prétendue action de l’esprit sur la matière), le magnétisme, la lévitation, les médiums , la radiesthésie et l’art des sourciers, la photographie de l’aura et autres radiations humaines, sans oublier les manifestations d’« esprits frappeurs ». Plusieurs œuvres contemporaines viendront également dialoguer avec ces archives étonnantes. Constituée d’images, d’objets étranges, mais aussi d’ouvrages issus des collections de la BIU Santé Médecine d’Université Paris Cité, l’exposition Phénomènes offre ainsi un regard inattendu sur le domaine du paranormal.

Situé dans les locaux de l’ancienne Faculté de Médecine de Paris, le Musée d’Histoire de la Médecine présente des collections parmi les plus anciennes d’Europe. Elles ont été réunies par le doyen Lafaye au XVIIIe siècle, puis complétées par un important ensemble de pièces couvrant les différentes branches de l’art opératoire jusqu’à la fin du XIXe siècle. Le Musée d’Histoire de la Médecine a trouvé sa place parmi les nombreux musées parisiens et jouit également d’une renommée internationale.
In occasione dell'undicesima edizione del festival PhotoSaintGermain, il Museo di Storia della Medicina ospita la mostra Phenomena. L'inspiegabile di fronte alla scienza, prima parte di un evento interamente dedicato alla storia visiva della parapsicologia. Le immagini raccolte per l'occasione, poco conosciute o addirittura inedite, offrono l'opportunità di rileggere la storia della scienza e della medicina dal 1890 a oggi, dall'angolazione della fascinazione degli scienziati per l'occulto.
Ognuna delle fotografie selezionate immortala quel raro momento in cui, durante i loro esperimenti, i rappresentanti della comunità scientifica si sono trovati di fronte a eventi paranormali.
Questo invito a esplorare i margini della conoscenza scientifica per immagini offrirà ai visitatori un percorso composto da sette sezioni tematiche: telecinesi (presunta azione dello spirito sulla materia), magnetismo, levitazione, medium, radiestesia e arte della rabdomanzia, fotografia dell'aura e di altre radiazioni umane, senza dimenticare le manifestazioni degli "spiriti che colpiscono". Verranno inoltre presentate diverse opere contemporanee in dialogo con questi sorprendenti archivi. Composta da immagini, strani oggetti, ma anche da opere provenienti dalle collezioni della BIU Santé Médecine dell'Université Paris Cité, la mostra Phenomena offre uno sguardo inaspettato sul campo del paranormale.

Situato nei locali dell'ex Facoltà di Medicina di Parigi, il Museo di Storia della Medicina presenta alcune delle collezioni più antiche d'Europa. Sono stati assemblati dal decano Lafaye nel XVIII secolo, poi completati da un'importante collezione di oggetti che coprono le diverse branche dell'arte chirurgica fino alla fine del XIX secolo. Il Museo di Storia della Medicina ha trovato il suo posto tra i numerosi musei parigini ed è rinomato anche a livello internazionale.
On the occasion of the eleventh edition of the PhotoSaintGermain festival, the Museum of the History of Medicine hosts the exhibition Phenomena. The unexplained in the face of science, the first part of an event entirely dedicated to the visual history of parapsychology. Located in the former Faculty of Medicine of Paris, the Museum of the History of Medicine presents some of the oldest collections in Europe. They were assembled by Dean Lafaye in the 18th century, then completed by an important collection of items covering the different branches of the art of surgery until the end of the 19th century. The Museum of the History of Medicine has found its place among the many museums in Paris and is also internationally renowned.
