Bei David Tesinsky steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt, die persönlichen Geschichten, die hinter den Schlagzeilen stecken. Seine Bilder appellieren an unsere Humanität. Sie erinnern uns an die großen Aufgaben unseres Zeitalters. An Herausforderungen, die uns alle betreffen – die Kosten und Opfer der Globalisierung, der enorme Bedarf an mehr Nachhaltigkeit, die menschenverachtende Art, auf der mit so vielen umgegangen wird. Die Welt wird hier in all ihrer Fragilität eingefangen, aber immer wieder leuchtet doch noch ein blasser Hoffnungsschimmer; eine andere Schönheit eben, mitten im Chaos des Alltags und des Ausnahmezustandes.
David Tesinsky (*1990) ist ein mehrfach ausgezeichneter unabhängiger tschechischer Fotograf, der sich vor allem der sozialdokumentarischen Fotografie widmet. Seine Bilder sind in vielen internationalen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften erschienen, darunter auch Le Monde, The Guardian und Vanity Fair. Er hat an mehr als 80 Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen auf der ganzen Welt teilgenommen. Dies ist seine erste umfangreiche Ausstellung in Deutschland.
Des images sensibles d'un monde précaire, mais pas totalement abandonné par l'espoir...
Chez David Tesinsky, c'est l'être humain qui est au centre, les histoires personnelles qui se cachent derrière les gros titres. Ses images font appel à notre humanité. Elles nous rappellent les grandes tâches de notre époque. Des défis qui nous concernent tous - les coûts et les victimes de la mondialisation, l'énorme besoin d'une plus grande durabilité, la façon inhumaine dont tant de gens sont traités. Le monde est ici saisi dans toute sa fragilité, mais une pâle lueur d'espoir brille encore régulièrement ; une autre beauté, justement, au milieu du chaos du quotidien et de l'état d'urgence.
David Tesinsky (*1990) est un photographe tchèque indépendant, primé à plusieurs reprises, qui se consacre principalement à la photographie documentaire sociale. Ses photos ont été publiées dans de nombreux journaux et magazines internationaux, dont Le Monde, The Guardian et Vanity Fair. Il a participé à plus de 80 expositions individuelles et collectives dans le monde entier. Il s'agit de sa première exposition d'envergure en Allemagne.

David Tesinsky si concentra sulle persone, sulle storie personali dietro i titoli dei giornali. Le sue immagini fanno appello alla nostra umanità. Ci ricordano i grandi compiti della nostra epoca. Di sfide che riguardano tutti noi - i costi e i sacrifici della globalizzazione, l'enorme bisogno di maggiore sostenibilità, il modo disumano in cui sono trattati tanti. Il mondo è catturato qui in tutta la sua fragilità, ma di tanto in tanto brilla ancora un pallido barlume di speranza; un'altra bellezza, in mezzo al caos della vita quotidiana e allo stato di emergenza.
David Tesinsky (*1990) è un fotografo ceco indipendente pluripremiato che si dedica principalmente alla fotografia sociale documentaria. Le sue immagini sono apparse in molti giornali e riviste internazionali, tra cui Le Monde, The Guardian e Vanity Fair. Ha partecipato a più di 80 mostre personali e collettive in tutto il mondo. Questa è la sua prima grande mostra in Germania.
Insightful images of a precarious world, but not entirely abandoned by hope....
David Tesinsky focuses on people, the personal stories behind the headlines. His images appeal to our humanity. They remind us of the great tasks of our age. Of challenges that affect us all - the costs and sacrifices of globalization, the enormous need for greater sustainability, the inhumane way in which so many are treated. The world is captured here in all its fragility, but again and again a pale glimmer of hope shines; another beauty, in the midst of the chaos of everyday life and the state of emergency.
David Tesinsky (*1990) is a multi-award-winning independent Czech photographer who devotes himself primarily to social documentary photography. His images have appeared in many international newspapers and magazines, including Le Monde, The Guardian and Vanity Fair. He has participated in more than 80 solo and group exhibitions around the world. This is his first extensive exhibition in Germany.
