Die von der Abteilung Attività espositive e promozione dell'identità culturale organisierte und von Gabriel Bauret kuratierte Ausstellung zeigt mehr als hundert Schwarz-Weiß-Fotografien aus der Sammlung des Ateliers Robert Doisneau in Montrouge.
In Montrouge entwickelte und archivierte der französische Fotograf über fünfzig Jahre lang seine Bilder und hinterließ ein außergewöhnliches Erbe, das heute von seinen beiden Töchtern weiterentwickelt und in der ganzen Welt bekannt gemacht wird.
Unter den ausgestellten Werken darf Le Baiser de l'Hôtel de Ville, Paris, 1950, nicht fehlen, ein ikonisches Bild, das zu den am häufigsten reproduzierten Bildern der Welt gehört und in dem der Autor einen magischen Moment und ein universelles Gefühl eingefangen hat.
Robert Doisneau verkörpert das Bild des humanistischen Fotografen, der in das Leben seiner Stadt Paris eintaucht: Er fängt ihren Atem, ihre Emotionen, ihre sozialen Veränderungen ein, er erzählt ihre Schönheit, ihre Widersprüche, die kleinen Geschichten, die ihre kollektive Geschichte ausmachen. Der französische Fotograf wächst mit seiner Stadt auf, er beobachtet sie, indem er visuelle Notizen macht, er erzählt sie von der Straße aus, er spiegelt sich in den Spielen der Kinder, die ihre Welt erfinden, er erzählt von der manchmal rauen Situation der Erwachsenen. Er tut dies mit Feingefühl und Anmut, manchmal mit Melancholie, oft mit subtil verborgener oder spielerisch offensichtlicher Ironie.
L'exposition, organisée par le service Activités d'exposition et promotion de l'identité culturelle et dont le commissaire est Gabriel Bauret, présente plus d'une centaine de photographies en noir et blanc issues de la collection de l'Atelier Robert Doisneau à Montrouge.
À Montrouge, le photographe français a développé et archivé ses images pendant plus de cinquante ans, laissant un héritage extraordinaire, que ses deux filles valorisent et font connaître dans le monde entier.
Parmi les œuvres exposées, on ne pouvait manquer Le Baiser de l'Hôtel de Ville, Paris, 1950, une image iconique, l'une des plus reproduites au monde, dans laquelle l'auteur a capturé un moment magique et une émotion universelle.
Robert Doisneau incarne l'image du photographe humaniste immergé dans la vie de sa ville, Paris : il en capte le souffle, les émotions, les transformations sociales, il en raconte la beauté, les contradictions, les histoires minimales qui constituent son histoire collective. Le photographe français grandit avec sa ville, il l'observe en prenant des notes visuelles, il la raconte en partant de la rue, il se reflète dans les jeux des enfants qui inventent leur monde, il raconte la condition parfois rude des adultes. Il le fait avec délicatesse et grâce, parfois avec mélancolie, souvent avec une ironie subtilement dissimulée ou ludiquement évidente.
L’esposizione, organizzata dalla struttura Attività espositive e promozione dell’identità culturale e curata da Gabriel Bauret, presenta più di cento fotografie in bianco e nero provenienti dalla collezione dell’Atelier Robert Doisneau di Montrouge.
A Montrouge, il fotografo francese ha sviluppato e archiviato le sue immagini per oltre cinquant’anni, lasciando una straordinaria eredità, che le due figlie oggi valorizzano e fanno conoscere in tutto il mondo.
Tra le opere in mostra non poteva mancare Le Baiser de l’Hôtel de Ville, Paris, 1950, immagine iconica, tra le più riprodotte al mondo, in cui l’autore ha saputo catturare un momento magico e un’emozione universali.
Robert Doisneau incarna l’immagine del fotografo umanista immerso nella vita della sua città, Parigi: ne coglie il respiro, le emozioni, le trasformazioni sociali, ne narra la bellezza, le contraddizioni, le storie minime che ne compongono la storia collettiva. Il fotografo francese cresce insieme alla sua città, la osserva prendendo appunti visivi, la racconta cominciando dalla strada, si specchia nei giochi dei bambini che inventano il loro mondo, narra la condizione a volte ruvida degli adulti. Lo fa con delicatezza e garbo, talvolta con malinconia, spesso con un’ironia sottilmente dissimulata oppure giocosamente evidente.
The exhibition, organized by the structure Exhibition Activities and Promotion of Cultural Identity and curated by Gabriel Bauret, presents more than one hundred black and white photographs from the collection of the Atelier Robert Doisneau in Montrouge.
In Montrouge, the French photographer developed and archived his images for over fifty years, leaving an extraordinary legacy, which his two daughters now enhance and make known worldwide.

Robert Doisneau embodies the image of the humanist photographer immersed in the life of his city, Paris: he captures its breath, its emotions, its social transformations, he narrates its beauty, its contradictions, the minimal stories that make up its collective history. The French photographer grows up together with his city, he observes it taking visual notes, he tells it starting from the street, he mirrors himself in the games of children who invent their world, he tells the sometimes rough condition of adults. He does so with delicacy and grace, sometimes with melancholy, often with a subtly concealed or playfully evident irony.
