Anne Schönharting hat zehn Jahre Menschen in ihren Wohnungen in Berlin-Charlottenburg fotografiert. In ihren subtil komponierten Bildern sehen wir die Portraitierten und ihre Wohnungen in wundersamen, manchmal nahezu filmisch anmutenden Situationen. Frauen, Männer, Paare, Familien, Studenten_innen, Kinder – alle in ihrem ureigenen Stil. Manchmal erzählt uns nur die Ansicht eines leeren Raumes, eines Fensters, einer Tür von den Menschen, die an diesem Ort leben und den Konstellationen ihres Zusammenlebens. Die Wohnung wird hier zur individuellen Bühne, zum Ort der Selbstdarstellung wie der sozialen Positionsbestimmung. In der Zusammenschau der Bilder entsteht eine faszinierende Atmosphäre, die eine eigene Welt zwischen Phantasma und Realität erfahrbar werden lässt. Über allem liegt der Glanz des Besonderen, der manchmal auch skurrile Aspekte hat.
Anne Schönharting a photographié pendant dix ans des personnes dans leur appartement à Berlin-Charlottenburg. Dans ses visuels subtilement composés, nous voyons les personnes portraiturées et leurs appartements dans des situations miraculeuses, parfois presque cinématographiques. Des femmes, des hommes, des couples, des familles, des étudiants, des enfants - tous dans leur propre style. Parfois, seule la vue d'une pièce vide, d'une fenêtre, d'une porte nous parle des personnes qui vivent dans ce lieu et des constellations de leur cohabitation. L'appartement devient ici une scène individuelle, un lieu d'expression de soi comme de positionnement social. L'assemblage des visuels crée une atmosphère fascinante, qui permet de faire l'expérience d'un monde à part, entre fantasme et réalité. L'éclat de la particularité, qui a parfois des aspects bizarres, plane sur tout.
Anne Schönharting ha trascorso dieci anni a fotografare persone nei loro appartamenti a Berlino-Charlottenburg. Nelle sue immagini sottilmente composte, vediamo le persone ritratte e i loro appartamenti in situazioni meravigliose, a volte quasi cinematografiche. Donne, uomini, coppie, famiglie, studenti, bambini: tutti con il loro stile personale. A volte solo la vista di una stanza vuota, di una finestra, di una porta ci parla delle persone che vivono in questo luogo e delle costellazioni della loro convivenza. Qui l'appartamento diventa un palcoscenico individuale, un luogo di espressione di sé e di posizionamento sociale. Nella sinossi delle immagini si crea un'atmosfera affascinante che ci permette di vivere un mondo a sé stante tra fantasma e realtà. Su tutto incombe il fascino dello speciale, che a volte presenta anche aspetti bizzarri.
Anne Schönharting has spent ten years photographing people in their flats in Berlin-Charlottenburg. In her subtly composed images, we see the portrayed people and their flats in wondrous, sometimes almost cinematic situations. Women, men, couples, families, students, children - all in their very own style. Sometimes only the view of an empty room, a window, a door tells us about the people who live in this place and the constellations of their cohabitation. Here, the flat becomes an individual stage, a place of self-expression as well as of social positioning. In the synopsis of the pictures, a fascinating atmosphere is created that allows us to experience a world of its own between phantasm and reality. Over everything lies the glamour of the special, which sometimes also has bizarre aspects.
