Les Mesnographies ist das erste kostenlose Open-Air-Fotofestival im Departement Yvelines.
Für viele von uns war die Abfolge der Eingemeindungen eine Gelegenheit, dieses Gebiet neu zu entdecken und manchmal zum ersten Mal zu begreifen, was es bedeutet, eine Gemeinde oder ein Departement zu sein.
Ein Kilometer um das eigene Haus herum, zehn oder dreißig Kilometer, die Welt neu entdecken, ohne das Haus zu verlassen, und sie auch neu verzaubern, das ist es, was im Laufe der Monate den Wunsch genährt hat, dieses Festival zu veranstalten.
Mit Les Mesnographies möchten wir Farbe und Vielfalt in unsere Umgebung bringen.
Zunächst im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, durch einen für alle offenen fotografischen Spaziergang. Aber auch, zweitens, durch das Einbringen von Reflexion und Tiefe.
Wenn man Fotografen aus der ganzen Welt um ihre Meinung bittet, kann man die Welt um uns herum besser verstehen. Ihre unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen und einzigartigen Ansätze zu kreuzen, bedeutet, sich zu bereichern und zu lernen. Und sich besser zu verstehen, bedeutet, den anderen, den Unterschied zu tolerieren. Jedes Jahr werden verschiedene Nationalitäten drei Wochen lang im Park von Les Mesnuls zusammenleben, ihre Perspektiven, Träume und Hoffnungen mit uns teilen und einen fruchtbaren Austausch fördern.

Pour beaucoup d’entre nous, l’enchaînement des confinements a été l’occasion de redécouvrir ce territoire, d’appréhender parfois pour la première fois la signification de ce que c’est qu’une commune, un département.
Un kilomètre autour de chez soi, dix ou trente, redécouvrir le monde sans sortir de chez soi, le réenchanter aussi, voici ce qui a nourri au fil des mois le désir de monter ce festival.
À travers Les Mesnographies, nous souhaitons apporter de la couleur, et de la diversité à notre environnement.
D’abord au sens propre du terme, par le biais d’une balade photographique ouverte à tous. Mais aussi, ensuite en apportant de la réflexion et de la profondeur.
Solliciter le regard de photographes du monde entier, c’est mieux comprendre le monde qui nous entoure. Croiser leurs visions différentes, leurs approches singulières, c’est s’enrichir, apprendre. Et mieux se comprendre, c’est tolérer, l’autre, la différence. Chaque année différentes nationalités cohabiteront dans le parc des Mesnuls pendant 3 semaines, partageant avec nous leurs perspectives, leurs rêves, leurs espoirs, et favorisant les échanges fertiles.
Les Mesnographies è il primo festival gratuito di fotografia all'aperto negli Yvelines.
Per molti di noi, la serie di confinamenti è stata un'occasione per riscoprire questo territorio, per cogliere per la prima volta il senso di ciò che è un comune, un dipartimento.
Un chilometro intorno a casa propria, dieci o trenta, riscoprire il mondo senza uscire da casa propria, anche ri-incantandolo, è ciò che ha alimentato il desiderio di mettere su questo festival nel corso dei mesi.
Attraverso Les Mesnographies, vogliamo portare colore e diversità nel nostro ambiente.
In primo luogo, nel senso letterale della parola, attraverso una passeggiata fotografica aperta a tutti. Ma anche, in secondo luogo, portando riflessione e profondità.
Cercare il punto di vista dei fotografi di tutto il mondo è un modo per capire meglio il mondo che ci circonda. Incrociare le loro diverse visioni, i loro approcci singolari, è arricchirsi, imparare. E capirsi meglio è tollerare l'altro, la differenza. Ogni anno, diverse nazionalità vivranno insieme nel parco di Mesnuls per 3 settimane, condividendo le loro prospettive, i loro sogni, le loro speranze, e incoraggiando fertili scambi.
Les Mesnographies is the first free outdoor photography festival in the Yvelines.
For many of us, the sequence of confinements was the occasion to rediscover this territory, to apprehend sometimes for the first time the meaning of what it is a commune, a department.
One kilometer around one's home, ten or thirty, rediscovering the world without leaving one's home, reenchanting it too, this is what has nourished the desire to set up this festival over the months.
Through Les Mesnographies, we wish to bring color and diversity to our environment.
First of all, in the literal sense of the word, through a photographic stroll open to all. But also, then by bringing reflection and depth.
To solicit the eyes of photographers from all over the world is to better understand the world around us. To cross their different visions, their singular approaches, it is to be enriched, to learn. And to better understand each other, is to tolerate the other, the difference. Each year, different nationalities will live together in the Mesnuls park for 3 weeks, sharing with us their perspectives, their dreams, their hopes, and encouraging fertile exchanges.
