Im August 2020 beginnen die befreundeten Künstler_innen Maria Jauregui Ponte und Marc Volk einen fotografischen Dialog mit Bildern aus der Tiefe ihrer umfangreichen Archive. Dabei gehen sie intuitiv vor. Die leitende Idee ist eine Suche nach Bildern, die aus unterschiedlichen Gründen unmittelbar berühren. Diese Fundstücke aus der Vergangenheit erfahren in der Ausstellung einen neuen Kontext, der Räume für spontane Assoziationen, widersprüchliche Gefühle und bisher nicht erzählte Geschichten öffnet.
En août 2020, les amis artistes Maria Jauregui Ponte et Marc Volk entament un dialogue photographique avec des visuels puisés dans les profondeurs de leurs vastes archives. Ils procèdent de manière intuitive. L'idée directrice est une recherche de visuels qui, pour différentes raisons, touchent directement. Ces trouvailles du passé trouvent dans l'exposition un nouveau contexte qui ouvre des espaces pour des associations spontanées, des sentiments contradictoires et des histoires qui n'ont pas encore été racontées.
Nell'agosto 2020, gli amici artisti Maria Jauregui Ponte e Marc Volk inizieranno un dialogo fotografico con immagini provenienti dalle profondità dei loro vasti archivi. In questo modo, procedono in modo intuitivo. L'idea guida è quella di una ricerca di immagini che siano immediatamente toccanti per diversi motivi. Questi reperti del passato trovano nella mostra un nuovo contesto che apre spazi per associazioni spontanee, sentimenti contraddittori e storie inedite.
In August 2020, artist friends Maria Jauregui Ponte and Marc Volk begin a photographic dialogue with images from the depths of their extensive archives. In doing so, they proceed intuitively. The guiding idea is a search for images that immediately touch for different reasons. These finds from the past experience a new context in the exhibition, which opens up spaces for spontaneous associations, contradictory feelings and previously untold stories.
