Unpublished Photo ist eine Veranstaltung, die von MUSEC und der Fondazione culture e musei in Zusammenarbeit mit der Galerie 29 ARTS IN PROGRESS in Mailand gefördert wird. Seit 2018 hat das Projekt junge Fotografen unter 36 Jahren aus der ganzen Welt angezogen.
Im Jahr 2020 möchte MUSEC die Initiative konsolidieren, indem sie ihr einen institutionellen Rahmen und eine mittelfristige Entwicklungsperspektive gibt, mit dem Ziel, die wichtigsten internationalen Trends in der jungen Kunstfotografie aufzuzeigen.
Das MUSEC beabsichtigt auch, in Lugano ein Archiv für zeitgenössische Fotografie einzurichten, das neben der bestehenden Sammlung des Museums mit Fotografien aus dem 19.
Die Ausstellung, die im renommierten Spazio Maraini der Villa Malpensata in Lugano stattfindet, präsentiert 24 großformatige Fotodrucke. Die Protagonisten der temporären Ausstellung sind vier junge Talente, die im Juli von der internationalen Jury des UP21-Preises unter dem Vorsitz des deutschen Fotografen Han Georg Berger ausgewählt wurden. Die Künstler befassen sich mit aktuellen Themen wie der Artenvielfalt und der Erosion natürlicher Ökosysteme, mit Kriegskonflikten, der Wiederherstellung von Traditionen und der Bedeutung der Verbindung zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart.
Unpublished Photo est un événement promu par MUSEC et la Fondazione culture e musei, en collaboration avec la galerie 29 ARTS IN PROGRESS de Milan. Depuis 2018, le projet a attiré de jeunes photographes de moins de 36 ans du monde entier.
En 2020, MUSEC a souhaité consolider l'initiative en lui donnant un cadre institutionnel et une perspective de développement à moyen-long terme, dans le but de mettre en lumière les principales tendances internationales de la jeune photographie d'art.
L'intention de MUSEC est également d'établir à Lugano une archive de la photographie contemporaine, qui sera hébergée aux côtés de la collection existante de photographie du XIXe siècle et exotique du musée.
L'exposition, qui se tient dans le célèbre Spazio Maraini de la Villa Malpensata à Lugano, présente 24 tirages photographiques grand format. Les protagonistes de l'exposition temporaire sont quatre jeunes talents sélectionnés en juillet par le jury international du prix UP21, présidé par le photographe allemand Han Georg Berger. Les artistes traitent de sujets d'actualité tels que la biodiversité et l'érosion des écosystèmes naturels, les conflits de guerre, la récupération de la tradition et l'importance du lien entre le passé et le présent.
Unpublished Photo è un evento promosso dal MUSEC e dalla Fondazione culture e musei, in collaborazione con la galleria 29 ARTS IN PROGRESS di Milano. Dal 2018 il progetto ha richiamato giovani fotografi under 36 da tutto il mondo.
Nel 2020, MUSEC ha voluto consolidare l'iniziativa dandole una cornice istituzionale e una prospettiva di sviluppo a medio-lungo termine, con l'obiettivo di evidenziare le principali tendenze internazionali della giovane fotografia d'arte.
L'intenzione del MUSEC è anche quella di costituire a Lugano un archivio di fotografia contemporanea, che si affiancherà alla collezione esistente del museo di fotografia ottocentesca ed esotica.
La mostra, ospitata nel rinomato Spazio Maraini di Villa Malpensata a Lugano, presenta 24 stampe fotografiche di grande formato. I protagonisti della mostra temporanea sono quattro giovani talenti selezionati in luglio dalla giuria internazionale del premio UP21, presieduta dal fotografo tedesco Han Georg Berger. Gli artisti affrontano temi di attualità come la biodiversità e l'erosione degli ecosistemi naturali, i conflitti bellici, il recupero della tradizione e l'importanza del legame tra passato e presente.
Unpublished Photo is an event promoted by MUSEC and the Fondazione culture e musei, in collaboration with 29 ARTS IN PROGRESS gallery in Milan. Since 2018, the project has attracted young photographers under 36 from all over the world.
In 2020, MUSEC wanted to consolidate the initiative by giving it an institutional framework and a medium-long term development perspective, with the aim of highlighting the main international trends in young art photography.
MUSEC's intention is also to establish an archive of contemporary photography in Lugano, which will be housed alongside the museum's existing collection of 19th century and exotic photography.
The exhibition, housed in the renowned Spazio Maraini at Villa Malpensata in Lugano, presents 24 large-format photographic prints.
