Markus Hulliger
Die Magie der Nacht festhalten, Startrails (Sternenspuren) in natürlicher oder urbaner Umgebung einfangen und Alltägliches in Kunst verwandeln – das ist die Passion von Markus Hulliger. Als erfahrener Olympus Visionary und Kursleiter gibt er sein breites Wissen in Workshops und Coachings in der Schweiz und an Fotoevents in Europa an fotobegeisterte Menschen weiter. Einige seiner Aufnahmen wurden bereits in Ausstellungen einem breiten Publikum vorgestellt und in der Fotopresse publiziert. Schon bei seinem ersten Besuch in Soglio, als Jugendlicher im 1986, hat dieser wundervolle Ort seine Seele berührt und er konnte ihn nie mehr vergessen. Viele Jahre später, nun mit eigener Familie, ist Hulliger 2009 zurückgekehrt und der Zauber von damals ist geblieben. Die einzigartige Landschaft, die Geschichte von Soglio und dem Tal, das magische Licht, die Gemeinschaft und Herzlichkeit der Menschen, die spürbare Energie – all das fasziniert ihn, lässt ihn innehalten und immer wieder sehnsuchtsvoll zurückkehren.
Saisir la magie de la nuit, capturer les traînées de lumière (étoiles) dans des environnements naturels ou urbains et transformer le quotidien en art, telle est la passion de Markus Hulliger. En tant que visionnaire Olympus expérimenté et instructeur de cours, il transmet ses vastes connaissances aux amateurs de photo dans le cadre d'ateliers et de séances de coaching en Suisse et lors d'événements photo en Europe. Certaines de ses photographies ont déjà été présentées à un large public dans des expositions et publiées dans la presse photo. Déjà lors de sa première visite à Soglio, alors qu'il était adolescent en 1986, cet endroit merveilleux a touché son âme et il n'a jamais pu l'oublier. De nombreuses années plus tard, maintenant avec sa propre famille, Hulliger est revenu en 2009 et la magie de cette époque est restée. Le paysage unique, l'histoire de Soglio et de la vallée, la lumière magique, la communauté et la chaleur des gens, l'énergie palpable - tout cela le fascine, le fait s'arrêter et revenir encore et encore avec nostalgie.

Alcune delle sue fotografie sono già state presentate a un vasto pubblico in mostre e pubblicate nella stampa fotografica. Capturing the magic of the night, capturing start trails (star trails) in natural or urban environments and transforming the everyday into art - that is Markus Hulliger's passion. As an experienced Olympus Visionary and course instructor, he passes on his broad knowledge to photo enthusiasts in workshops and coaching sessions in Switzerland and at photo events in Europe. Some of his photographs have already been presented to a wide audience in exhibitions and published in the photo press. Already during his first visit to Soglio, as a teenager in 1986, this wonderful place touched his soul and he could never forget it. Many years later, now with his own family, Hulliger returned in 2009 and the magic of that time has remained. The unique landscape, the history of Soglio and the valley, the magical light, the community and warmth of the people, the palpable energy - all this fascinates him, makes him pause and return again and again with longing.
