Von Mikroplastik bis Gletscherschmelze: Kunstschaffende setzen sich mit Klima-Themen auseinander. Nach den Klimastreiks kehrt diese Ausstellung den Spiess um: Wenn die Menschen nicht mitmachen, streikt das Klima. In ihren Werken lassen die zehn Künstlerinnen und Künstler die Natur zu Wort kommen, verleihen den Verletzungen und Bedrohungen Ausdruck mit Installationen, Malerei, Zeichnungen und Fotocollagen.
Die Ausstellung hätte im Frühling 2020 stattfinden sollen, damals als Kooperation mit dem Kunstraum Egg. Die Verschiebung hat den Kunstschaffenden Zeit gegeben, weitere Arbeiten zu schaffen und die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema zu vertiefen.
Des microplastiques à la fonte des glaciers : les artistes s'attaquent aux problèmes climatiques. Après les coups du climat, cette exposition renverse la vapeur : Si les gens ne participent pas, le climat se met en grève. Dans leurs œuvres, les dix artistes laissent la nature s'exprimer, donnant la parole aux violations et aux menaces avec des installations, des peintures, des dessins et des collages de photos.
L'exposition aurait dû avoir lieu au printemps 2020, à l'époque dans le cadre d'une coopération avec le Kunstraum Egg. Ce report a donné aux artistes le temps de créer d'autres œuvres et d'approfondir leur engagement envers le thème.

Dopo gli scioperi del clima, questa mostra ribalta la situazione: Se la gente non si unisce, il clima entra in sciopero. Nelle loro opere, i dieci artisti lasciano che la natura dica la sua, dando espressione alle violazioni e alle minacce con installazioni, dipinti, disegni e collage fotografici.
La mostra avrebbe dovuto avere luogo nella primavera del 2020, a quel tempo come una cooperazione con Kunstraum Egg. Il rinvio ha dato agli artisti il tempo di creare altre opere e di approfondire il loro impegno con il tema.
From microplastics to glacier melt: artists tackle climate issues. After the climate strikes, this exhibition turns the tables: If people don't join in, the climate goes on strike. In their works, the ten artists let nature have its say, giving expression to the violations and threats with installations, paintings, drawings and photo collages.
The exhibition should have taken place in spring 2020, at that time as a cooperation with Kunstraum Egg. The postponement has given the artists time to create further works and to deepen the examination of the theme.
