Die Hauptausstellung des diesjährigen Festivals heisst «The Lives of Women» und zeigt Bilder der amerikanischen Fotografin Mary Ellen Mark. Sie wird seit 20 Jahren erstmals wieder in der Schweiz gezeigt – im Stapferhaus, das kürzlich mit dem Europäischen Museumspreis ausgezeichnet wurde. Die grosse Neuheit am Fotofestival Lenzburg 2021 ist die Open-Air- Ausstellung der prämierten Bilder des namhaften SONY World Photo Awards. L'exposition principale du festival de cette année s'intitule "The Lives of Women" et présente des clichés de la photographe américaine Mary Ellen Mark. Elle sera présentée en Suisse pour la première fois depuis 20 ans, au Stapferhaus, qui a récemment reçu le prix du musée européen. La grande nouveauté du Fotofestival Lenzburg 2021 est l'exposition en plein air des photos primées lors des célèbres SONY World Photo Awards. Avec des expositions collectives et individuelles, des visites guidées et des événements d'accompagnement, la 4e édition du festival offre de nombreuses possibilités de rencontres et d'échanges entre les participants et les visiteurs du festival.

The main exhibition of this year's festival is called "The Lives of Women" and features images by American photographer Mary Ellen Mark. It will be shown in Switzerland for the first time in 20 years - in the Stapferhaus, which was recently awarded the European Museum Prize. The big novelty at the Fotofestival Lenzburg 2021 is the open-air exhibition of the award-winning images of the prestigious SONY World Photo Awards.
