Sie werden die poetischen und delikaten Werke von Céline Dominiak und Martina Angius entdecken.
Céline Dominiak erzählt uns Geschichten, indem sie verlorene Bilder wieder zum Leben erweckt. In Form von Interventionen auf verschiedenen Printmedien (anonyme Fotos, Postkarten) hat sie zeichnet und erfindet eine einzigartige Landschaft neu und bietet jedes Mal eine Interpretation des ursprünglichen Bildes, einen zweiten Wind.
Martina Angius mischt in derselben Glasvitrine das Ephemere und das Unveränderliche, die getrockneten und die durch den fotografischen Schnappschuss eingefrorenen Blumen. Sie hält die Zeit an und ihre Bilder werden wie Ex-Votos, kostbar dank der Natur und dem Lauf der Zeit. Zwischen Augenzwinkern und Eitelkeit, Zärtlichkeit und Luftspiegelungen lassen wir uns bereitwillig auf den Charme ihrer (Des-)Illusionen ein.

Céline Dominiak nous raconte des histoires en redonnant vie à des images perdues. Sous forme d’interventions sur différents supports imprimés (photographies anonymes, cartes postales), elle dessine et réinvente un paysage singulier, proposant à chaque fois une interprétation de l’image d’origine, un second souffle.
Martina Angius mélange l’éphémère et l’immuable, les fleurs séchées et celles figées par l’instantané photographique, dans un même écrin de verre. Elle arrête le temps et ses tableaux deviennent comme des ex-voto, de précieux remerciements à la nature et au passage du temps. Entre clin d’œil et vanités, tendresse et mirages, on se laisse volontiers aller au charme de leurs (des)illusions.
You will discover the poetic and delicate works of Céline Dominiak and Martina Angius.
Céline Dominiak tells us stories by bringing back to life lost images. In the form of interventions on various printed media (anonymous photographs, postcards), she draws and reinvents a singular landscape, each time proposing an interpretation of the original image, a second breath.
Martina Angius mixes the ephemeral and the immutable, dried flowers and those frozen by the photographic snapshot, in the same glass case. She stops time and her paintings become like ex-votos, precious thanks to nature and the passage of time. Between wink and vanity, tenderness and mirages, we willingly let ourselves go to the charm of their (des)illusions.
