Alt.+1000 Festival de photographie

Das Festival Alt.+1000 wurde 2008 in dem kleinen Dorf Rossinière in der Schweiz gegründet und findet seit seiner Gründung in einer wunderschönen Landschaft auf tausend Metern Höhe statt. Die Landschaft ist die DNA des Festivals, das die Werke zeitgenössischer Fotografen vereint, die sich alle mit dem Thema Natur beschäftigen. Nach vier Ausgaben im Pays-d'Enhaut (Kanton Waadt) setzt Alt.+1000 sein Abenteuer 2019 im Kanton Neuchâtel fort.
Alt.+1000 bietet drei Wochen lang einen fotografischen Spaziergang für die breite Öffentlichkeit in einer Region, die für ihre Bauernhöfe und ihre grüne Natur bekannt ist, anhand der Werke zeitgenössischer internationaler Fotografinnen und Fotografen, die die Höhe aus poetischen, dokumentarischen und künstlerischen Blickwinkeln heraufbeschwören.
Weit entfernt von touristischen Postkarten konfrontiert das Festival die Identität der Landschaft - sei sie spektakulär, domestiziert, verlassen, unkonventionell, beängstigend oder märchenhaft, aber immer kulturell - mit den Blicken fragender, inquisitorischer oder provokativer Künstler/innen.
Bisher haben sechs Ausgaben der Ausstellung dem schweizerischen und ausländischen Publikum die Möglichkeit gegeben, Mittelgebirgsregionen durch die Fotografie (wieder) zu entdecken und sich der Bedeutung der Umwelt und ihrer Erhaltung bewusst zu werden.
Fondé en 2008 dans le petit village de Rossinière en Suisse, le festival Alt.+1000 se déroule depuis sa création dans un magnifique paysage à mille mètres d’altitude. La paysage est l’ADN du festival qui réunit les oeuvres de photographes contemporain·e·s qui traitent tous du thème de la nature. Après quatre éditions dans le Pays-d’Enhaut (canton de Vaud), Alt.+1000 poursuit son aventure en 2019 dans le canton de Neuchâtel.
Alt.+1000 propose, pendant trois semaines, une promenade photographique grand public dans une région réputée pour ses fermes et pour sa nature verdoyante à travers les oeuvres de photographes contemporain·e·s internationaux·ales qui évoquent l’altitude sous des angles poétiques, documentaires et artistiques.
Loin de la carte postale touristique, le festival confronte l’identité du paysage, qu’il soit spectaculaire, domestiqué, abandonné, décalé, effrayant ou féérique, mais toujours culturel, aux regards d’artistes interrogateur·trices, inquisiteur·trices ou provocateur·trices.
À ce jour, six éditions ont permis au public suisse et étranger de (re)découvrir des régions de moyenne montagne par le biais de la photographie et prendre conscience de l’importance de l’environnement et de sa préservation.
Fondato nel 2008 nel piccolo villaggio di Rossinière in Svizzera, il festival Alt.+1000 si svolge fin dalla sua creazione in un magnifico paesaggio a mille metri di altitudine. Il paesaggio è il DNA del festival, che riunisce le opere di fotografi contemporanei che trattano tutti il tema della natura. Dopo quattro edizioni nel Pays-d'Enhaut (cantone di Vaud), Alt.+1000 continua la sua avventura nel 2019 nel cantone di Neuchâtel.
Per tre settimane, Alt.+1000 propone una passeggiata fotografica per il grande pubblico in una regione rinomata per le sue fattorie e la sua natura verde attraverso le opere di fotografi contemporanei internazionali che evocano l'altitudine da angolazioni poetiche, documentarie e artistiche.
Lontano dalla cartolina turistica, il festival affronta l'identità del paesaggio, che sia spettacolare, addomesticato, abbandonato, eccentrico, spaventoso o incantevole, ma sempre culturale, con i punti di vista degli artisti che si interrogano, in modo curioso o provocatorio.
Fino ad oggi, sei edizioni hanno permesso al pubblico svizzero e straniero di (ri)scoprire le regioni di media montagna attraverso la fotografia e di prendere coscienza dell'importanza dell'ambiente e della sua conservazione.
Founded in 2008 in the small village of Rossinière, Switzerland, the Alt.+1000 festival has been held since its creation in a magnificent landscape at an altitude of 1000 meters. After four editions in the Pays-d’Enhaut (canton Vaud), Alt.+1000 continues its adventure since 2019 in the canton of Neuchâtel.
Alt.+1000 offers a three-week public photographic tour of a region renowned for its farms and its lush nature through the works of international contemporary photographers which evoke the altitude from poetic, documentary and artistic angles.
Far from the tourist postcard, the festival confronts the identity of the landscape, whether it is spectacular, domesticated, abandoned, offbeat, frightening or enchanting, but always cultural, to the eyes of artists who question, investigate or provoke.
So far, six editions have enabled the Swiss and foreign public to (re)discover mid-mountain regions through photography and to become aware of the importance of the environment and its preservation.
