Rencontres internationales de la photographie en Gaspésie

Als wir die Rencontres erfanden, hatten wir die Pflicht, innovativ zu sein und uns von anderen zeitgenössischen Kunstveranstaltungen abzuheben. Um die Fotografie, ihre Sprache und ihre verschiedenen Ästhetiken zu verteidigen, haben wir ein System eingerichtet, das sich über mehr als 800 Kilometer erstreckt und bis zu zwanzig Standorte (innen und außen) in 17 Gemeinden und Nationalparks repräsentiert. Die Ausstellungen und Installationen, die wir im Freien präsentieren, sind in das Territorium, die Orte, die Gebäude integriert. Wir partizipieren an der Identität des Gebiets und bieten gleichzeitig eine einzigartige Möglichkeit, es zu besuchen.
Das Konzept der Rencontres liegt in der Interdependenz der Künstler mit unserem Territorium, in der Begegnung zwischen der Bevölkerung und den Künstlern, aber auch in der Interaktion zwischen den Werken, dem Territorium und dem Publikum. Jeder dieser verschiedenen Akteure ist an dem kreativen Prozess beteiligt, den wir fördern wollen.
Unsere Vision: Das zeitgenössische Schaffen, seine Sprache, seine Codes und seine unterschiedliche Ästhetik zu entdecken, indem wir uns mit unserem Territorium beschäftigen: der Gaspé.
Unser Engagement : Verteidigen Sie das Werk des Künstlers, fördern Sie seinen Einfluss und die Weiterentwicklung der Disziplin. Die Entwicklung der Öffentlichkeit und die Vernetzung stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres Handelns.
En inventant les Rencontres, nous avions le devoir d’innover et de nous démarquer des autres événements en arts contemporains. Pour défendre la photographie, son langage et ses différentes esthétiques, nous avons mis en place un dispositif sur plus de 800 kilomètres, ce qui représente jusqu’à une vingtaine de lieux (intérieurs et extérieurs) dans 17 municipalités et parcs nationaux. Les expositions et installations que nous présentons en extérieur s’intègrent au territoire, aux lieux, aux bâtiments. Nous participons à l’identité du territoire tout en proposant une façon unique de le visiter.
Le concept des Rencontres réside dans l’interdépendance des artistes avec notre territoire, dans la rencontre entre la population et les artistes, mais aussi dans l’interaction entre les œuvres, le territoire et le public. Chacun de ces différents acteurs participe ainsi au processus de création que nous souhaitons promouvoir.
Notre vision : Faire découvrir la création contemporaine, son langage, ses codes et ses différentes esthétiques en occupant notre territoire : la Gaspésie.
Notre engagement : Défendre le travail de l’artiste, favoriser son rayonnement et l’avancement de la discipline. Le développement du public et le réseautage sont au cœur de nos actions.
Inventando i Rencontres, avevamo il dovere di innovare e di distinguerci dalle altre manifestazioni d'arte contemporanea. Per difendere la fotografia, il suo linguaggio e le sue diverse estetiche, abbiamo creato un sistema che copre più di 800 chilometri, che rappresenta fino a venti luoghi (interni ed esterni) in 17 comuni e parchi nazionali. Le mostre e le installazioni che presentiamo all'esterno sono integrate nel territorio, nei luoghi, negli edifici. Partecipiamo all'identità del territorio offrendo un modo unico di visitarlo.
Il concetto dei Rencontres sta nell'interdipendenza degli artisti con il nostro territorio, nell'incontro tra la popolazione e gli artisti, ma anche nell'interazione tra le opere, il territorio e il pubblico. Ognuno di questi diversi attori partecipa al processo creativo che vogliamo promuovere.
La nostra visione: scoprire la creazione contemporanea, il suo linguaggio, i suoi codici e le sue diverse estetiche occupando il nostro territorio: il Gaspé.
Il nostro impegno: Difendere il lavoro dell'artista, promuovere la sua influenza e l'avanzamento della disciplina. Lo sviluppo del pubblico e il networking sono al centro delle nostre azioni.
In inventing Rencontres it was our duty to break ground and to stand out from other contemporary arts events. To champion photography, its language and its various esthetics, we have put in place an arrangement on over 800 kilometers (500 miles), which comprises up tp 20 locations (indoors and outdoors) in 17 municipalities and national parks. The exhibits and installations that we stage in the open air are integrated into the territory, into the places and the buildings. We take part in the identity of the territory while presenting a unique way of visiting it.
The concept of Rencontres resides in the interdependence of the artists and our territory, in the mutual encounter of the population and the artists, but also in the interaction among the works, the territory and the public. Each of these different players thus participates in the process of creation that we aim to foster.
Our vision: To introduce people to contemporary creation, its language, its codes and its various esthetics by occupying our territory: the Gaspé.
Our commitment: To champion the artist’s work, to increase its visibility and to promote the furthering of the discipline. Audience development and networking are at the heart of our actions.
