Als eine der bekanntesten Kunstmessen der Welt, die sich der Fotografie widmet, freut sich die photo basel, ihre allererste Ausstellung während der Art Miami Woche im Dezember 2023 anzukündigen. Wir freuen uns darauf, unsere Reichweite zu vergrößern und unseren einzigartigen europäischen Stil nach Miami Beach zu bringen.

SCOPE Miami Beach 2023 wird mit photo basel zusammenarbeiten, um einen Fotosektor zu kuratieren, der das Beste aus der Kunstfotografie von photo basel zusammen mit der von SCOPE kuratierten jungen Kunst in Museumsqualität präsentiert.

SCOPE Miami Beach 2023 will partner with photo basel to curate a photo sector that will present the best of photo basel’s fine art photography alongside SCOPE’s museum quality curation of emerging art.

Photo Forward Los Angeles ist Teil der wachsenden Mission der gemeinnützigen Organisation Photographic Art Council Los Angeles. PAC LA wurde 2013 gegründet und hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Gemeinschaften durch eine sich entwickelnde öffentliche Diskussion über Fotografie und fotobasierte Kunst, die wichtigste visuelle Sprache unserer Zeit, zu bilden und zu stärken. PAC LA engagiert sich für die Schaffung von Lernmöglichkeiten durch einzigartige, kollaborative Programme, die ansprechen und in einem Raum ohne Ausgrenzung zusammenführen. Mit der Eröffnungsausstellung Photo Forward Los Angeles verfolgt PAC LA das Ziel, einen Raum für die Interaktion zwischen aufstrebenden und etablierten Sammlern zu schaffen und Verbindungen zwischen Sammlern, Künstlern und Galerien herzustellen.

Die Besucher von Photo Forward Los Angeles können Meisterwerke von Fotografen der Westküste, die in der f/64-Tradition arbeiten, amerikanische Arbeiten aus den 1970er Jahren, zeitgenössische Künstler, die alternative Verfahren erforschen, lateinamerikanische und japanische Fotografen aus dem 20. und 19. Jahrhundert. Meisterwerke, zeitgenössische Werke, volkstümliche Fotografien und Fotobücher werden in einer für jeden Sammler erschwinglichen Preisspanne angeboten.

Photo Forward Los Angeles fait partie de la mission en expansion de l'organisation à but non lucratif, Photographic Art Council Los Angeles. Fondé en 2013, PAC LA s'efforce d'éduquer et de responsabiliser les communautés à travers une conversation publique évolutive sur la photographie et les arts basés sur la photo, le principal langage visuel de notre temps. PAC LA s'engage à créer des opportunités d'apprentissage à travers une programmation unique et collaborative qui engage et unifie dans un espace sans exclusion. La présentation de l'exposition inaugurale Photo Forward Los Angeles s'inscrit dans l'objectif de PAC LA de fournir un espace d'interaction entre les collectionneurs émergents et les collectionneurs établis, ainsi que d'assurer la liaison entre les collectionneurs, les artistes et les galeries.

Photo Forward Los Angeles is part of the expanding mission of the non-profit organization, Photographic Art Council Los Angeles. Founded in 2013, PAC LA strives to educate and empower communities through an evolving public conversation about photography and photo-based arts, the primary visual language of our time. PAC LA is committed to creating learning opportunities through unique, collaborative programming that engages and unifies in a space without exclusion. Presenting the inaugural Photo Forward Los Angeles show advances PAC LA’s goal to provide a space for interaction between emerging and established collectors as well as providing liaisons between collectors, artists and galleries.

Visitors to Photo Forward Los Angeles can expect to see masterworks by West Coast photographers working in the f/64 tradition, American work from the 1970s, contemporary artists exploring alternative processes, 20th century Latin American and Japanese photographers, as well as work from the 19th century. Masterworks, contemporary works, vernacular photographs, and photo books will be on offer in a range of prices accessible to every collector.
